Local businesswomen join board

North Attleborough -

The Young Women's Financial Network (YWFN) welcomed four new board members in December. Joanne Robidoux, President of Goldmark Federal Credit Union; Callie June Huff, Chief Marketing and Financial Education Officer of NationsHeritage Federal Credit Union; Colette Stukas, Financial Advisor at Edward Jones; and Sherri Oldfield, Sales Director for My Backyard Newspaper and Publisher of One Woman's Place.

YWFN's goal is to educate young women in personal finance who will then empower future generations to lead financially independent lives. Topics covered include: Credit Card Wisdom, Car Loans and Insurance, Budgeting, Banking, and Consumer Privacy. Girls ages 14 to 18 years old are eligible for the one-week class to be held July 14-18, at NCAS in Plainville.
