Marjorie E. Hodges, 80, of Attleboro died early Thursday morning, May 8, 2008 in Life Care Center of Attleboro.

 Alex Michael Blase, 17, of Hope Street died Monday, May 12, 2008 after unexpectedly falling ill on Thursday. 

Timothy Edwin Crepeau, 55, of Virginia Avenue, North Attleborough, died on Thursday morning, Jan. 10, 2008 at the Golden Living Center - Bristol in Attleboro, formerly Pleasant Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Attleboro, as he was surrounded by his loving family following a courageous health battle that began 4 and a half years ago and struck him again last July. He was the former spouse and dear friend of Theresa (Kerekon) Crepeau.

Ross J. Forbes, 86, of Jay Street died Sunday, Jan. 6, 2008 in Study Memorial Hospital, Attleboro. He was the beloved husband of the late Catherine (Germaine) Forbes who passed away in 1990.
Born Dec. 20, 1921 in North Attleborough, he was a son of the late William and Anna (King) Forbes.
Ross was a lifelong resident of North Attleborough and worked nearly forty years at the Foxboro Company before retiring in 1983. He was a US Army Veteran of World War II and was a former member of the B.P.O.E. Lodge in North Attleborough.

Roy Edward Anderson, 71, of Paine Road, North Attleborough, died Thursday, Jan. 3, 2008 at the Morton Hospital and Medical Center in Taunton following a period of declining health. He was the beloved husband of Frances A. (Boeker) Anderson to whom he was married on June 22, 1957.

Rita Marie (Gareau) LaPierre, 85, of Tiffany Street, Attleboro and more recently of Canterbury Woods, Garfield Avenue, Attleboro and Christopher Heights, South Main Street, Attleboro, died on Saturday, Jan. 5, 2008 at the Madonna Manor Nursing Home in North Attleborough where she had been a brief resident from complications due to Alzheimer's disease.  She was the wife of the late Emil Charles "Babe" LaPierre to whom she was married on Nov. 29, 1941 and entered into eternal rest on Feb. 9, 1985.
Born in Quebec on Feb. 24, 1922, she was a daughter of the late Leo Joseph Gareau, Sr. and Rosanna (Rougeau) Gareau. She and her family immigrated to the United States when she was one year old and settled in Attleboro where she remained a lifelong resident.

Frank A. Spinale, 81, of Sutherland Road died Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2008 in his home. He was the loving husband of Ruth (Byrne) Spinale for 52 years.
Born on July 25, 1926 in Salem, he was a son of the late Gaegano and Conchetta (Zuccarello) Spinale.

Paul Frederick Ebert, 63, of Hoppin Avenue, Riverside section of East Providence; formerly of Pitas Avenue, South Attleboro, died on Monday, Dec. 31, 2007 at his residence surrounded by the love of his family. He was the husband of Alexis C. (Brown) Ebert to whom he was married on March 16, 1985.

Andrew Vallance Cameron, 83, of South Avenue, Attleboro; formerly of Central Street, Leominster and North Attleborough; died Friday, Dec. 28, 2007 surrounded by the love of his family at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence following a brief illness. He was the husband of the late Jeanne D. (Derrah) Cameron, former chairman of the North Attleborough Board of Health, to whom he was married on Feb. 16, 1952 and who died on June 6, 1978.

Bruce E. Roberts, 48, of Smith Street died on Thursday, Dec. 27, 2007 upon arrival at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro. He was the former husband of Lorraine (Chabot) Roberts.

Albert E. Redmond, 73, of Attleboro, a member of the local band “The Good Old Boys,” died quietly on Sunday, Dec. 23, 2007 at Golden Living Center Bristol (formerly Pleasant Manor) in Attleboro.

Marion R. Moehle, 99, of Plainville died early Monday morning, Dec. 24, 2007 at Golden Living Center Bristol (formerly Pleasant Manor), Attleboro. She was the beloved wife of the late Frederick W. Moehle, Sr. who passed away in 1984.

Judith M. Peasley, 84, of Mansfield Avenue died early Friday morning, Dec. 21, 2007 at Epoch of Norton Nursing Facility. She was the beloved wife of the late Charles Peasley.
Born Oct. 4, 1923 in North Carolina, she was a daughter of the late Carl and Vivian (Crabtree) Williams.

Daniel Roy Davis, 54, of Agricultural Avenue, Rehoboth, died on Thursday, Dec. 20, 2007 at his residence surrounded by the loving care and affection of his family. He was the husband of LynneAnn (Copes) Davis to whom he was married on Aug. 23, 1975.
Born in Attleboro on Feb. 6, 1953, he was a son of Elwoood R. and Margaret Jane (Dowdall) Davis both of Attleboro.  Raised and educated in Attleboro, Mr. Davis was a 1971 graduate of Attleboro High School. In 1975, he received his Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from the former Southeastern Massachusetts University - SMU, now University of Massachusetts - Dartmouth.

Ethel Cecelia (Dunham) McLean, 91, of Division Street, North Attleborough, died unexpectedly on Monday, Dec. 17, 2007 at the Golden Living Center - Attleboro, formerly Ridgewood Court Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Attleboro where she had been a resident for almost two years. She was the wife of the late Charles Leslie McLean to whom she was married in 1940 and who died in 1978.

Marion E. Ballou 93, of Arcade Ave. died Dec. 16, 2007 at the Miriam Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Arthur Ballou and had been married to the former George A. Bennett. Born on Nov. 3, 1914, in Framingham, she was the daughter of the late Frederick W. and Elizabeth M. (Greene) Pope.

Edward Francis Mis, 90, of Putnam Pike and formerly a longtime resident of South Attleboro died early Sunday morning, Dec. 16, 2007 at Fatima Hospital, North Providence after a brief illness. He was the beloved husband of the late Helen (Anderson) Mis who passed away in 2001.

Roland E. Robitaille, 83, died on Dec. 14 at Sturdy Memorial Hospital, Attleboro after a long illness. He was the loving husband of Alice (Dusoblon) Robitaille to whom he was married for 64 years. Born in North Attleborough, he was the son of the late Joseph A. and Mary L. (Pickering) Robitaille.

Damon Joseph Swistak, 77, of Longview Drive, North Attleborough, died on Friday, Dec. 14, 2007 at the New England Sinai Hospital in Stoughton after having been hospitalized on Oct. 30, 2007.  He was the husband of Margaret (Lawton) Swistak to whom he was married on June 26, 1954.

Robert Ralph "Bubba" Elliott, 64, of Paine Road, North Attleborough, died unexpectedly on Monday, Dec. 10, 2007 upon arrival at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro after having been stricken ill at his residence. He was the beloved husband of Pauline Corey (Gianetti) Elliott to whom he was married on April 8, 1967.
Born in Dallas, Oregon on Sept. 4, 1943, he was a son of the late Frederick H. and Billie (Sealey) Elliott. Raised and educated in Oregon, he was a graduate of Central High School in Independence.
