To the Editor:
The bidding is over, the winners have been notified and now it is time to thank the ones that put so much time, effort, talent and expense into making the Friends of the Plainville Public Library's Holiday Baskets Silent Auction another success.
The following people and businesses donated their talents and products to create 18 unique and useful theme baskets. A most gracious thank you to: Annie's Book Stop of Sharon, Colleen Calzaretta, Melissa Campbell, Janet Charlton, the Espenhain Family, The Hoagland Hampsters, Paula Mealy, the Moore Family, Sandra Pearl, Keely Penny, Kelly Sachleben, the Boston Red Sox and to everyone who bid on the baskets.
All money raised goes towards museum passes, magazine subscriptions, programs for adults and children, maintenance of the perennial garden and the staff's wish list.
We truly appreciate your generosity and commitment to the Library and the services we provide. Thank you for supporting our efforts in making the Plainville Public Library an asset to our town and Happy Holidays one and all.
